Hey, thanks for the article, that's a very neat way to talk about it. Because we use retention rate here in the LTV formula, how would you go about choosing a period on which retention is estimated? E.g., 1 month retention vs 1 year retention can give quite different results. Would be really interested in hearing your thoughts on this.
